By requesting a malier packet from Cascade Refining, Inc., you agree to allow any employee of Cascade Refining, Inc. to test the enclosed material. You understand that in so doing your material may become tarnished and/or destroyed. You also certify that the enclosed material has not been obtained by any illegal means and is your property and is free and clear of any encumberances and you have a legal right to sell it.
You also understand that Cascade Refining, Inc. does not purchase any non-precious materials such as base metals (copper, lead, nickel, zinc, aluminium, tin, tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, cobalt, bismuth, cadmium, titanium, zirconium, antimony, manganese, beryllium, chromium, germanium, vanadium, gallium, hafnium, niobium, rhenium and thallium.) or any of their alloys, rocks, iron pyrite (fool's gold), or any other mineral. Any shipment received that is made up of any of these non-precious materials is considered non-purchasable by Cascade Refining, Inc. and you will be responsible for all shipping costs of non-purchasable material.
