Cascade Refining Inc. will not accept or purchase any scrap items offered for sale from anyone who does not have the legal right to sell them.

OUR COMMITTMENT TO YOU

Your items will be evaluated and priced on the day of receipt and your check sent within five to seven working days. You will be immediately contacted by phone or email if any discrepancy exists between your packing slip list sent with the mailer and the enclosed items.

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

We promise to accurately count and evaluate your shipment. We will invoice and make payment within five working days of receipt of your shipment.
